Overview

Dr. Jekyll’s Themes is a Static Website Theme Directory that allows users to add their own themes to the directory. Installation

To add a theme to Dr. Jekyll’s Themes directory, follow these steps:

1. Fork the /themes repository on GitHub.
2. Add a new entry in the themes.yml datafile, providing all the required information. Example:

   - title: My Theme
     url: https://github.com/mytheme
     author: John Doe
     description: A brief description of the theme.
   

   Note: Make sure to include the filename of the thumbnail image in the entry.
3. Create a 250 x 200 thumbnail image of your theme and save it in the thumbnails folder. Example: thumbnails/mytheme.png
4. Send a pull request to submit your theme.
5. Your theme will be reviewed and added to the directory upon the next site update.
