Timenite

Overview

Timenite is a web app that provides countdowns for Fortnite Seasons and Item Shop resets. It also includes a blog powered by Jekyll. Timenite Daily, on the other hand, is a feature of Timenite that automatically fetches Fortnite’s Item Shop every midnight at 00:00 UTC. It then generates and publishes images to Timenite’s Instagram, Twitter, and Item Shop countdown page. Additionally, Timenite Daily constructs an image and posts the number of days left until the next Fortnite update. The countdowns provided by Timenite can be embedded on live-streams, videos, or websites.

Installation

To install Timenite, follow these steps:

1. Install Ruby and Jekyll on your computer.
2. Clone the Timenite repository from GitHub.
3. Navigate to the Timenite directory using the command line.
4. Install the required dependencies by running the command bundle install.
5. Start the Jekyll server by running the command bundle exec jekyll serve.
6. Access Timenite in your web browser by visiting http://localhost:4000.

To embed the countdowns from Timenite on your live-streams, videos, or website, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Timenite Embed page.
2. Use the provided embed codes to add the countdown to your desired platform.
